Comparative studyof verse 179 of Surah Al-Imran with a focus on detection criteria sincere from hypocrite

One of the necessary knowledge that it brings felicity to man and society, “Identify enemy”. The subject of “Identify enemy” in Islam is of high importance and is one of the concerns of the Prophet (PBUH) for his nation; especially the recognition of hypocrites from true believers. The subject of knowing the true believers of the hypocrites is described as” detection criteria believers from hypocrite”. In this article, the views of Shiite and Sunni commentators with an adaptive approach was checked that the detection criteria of this verse are specified. From the comments of the commentators conclude that to distinguish a believer from hypocrites; God will test the believers with a special test to determine their degree of sincerity. Each commentator made a comment; for this particular divine examin. Finally, by evaluating opinions, a new conclusion presented, it was not in other interpretations; that the acceptance of the succession of Imam Ali (PBUH) and the leadership of the Imams (PBUH) is a sign of a believer's discovery of hypocrisy. This conclusion is in agreement with the appearance of the verse and has many evidences.
